Heard & Seen is an independent music company in Aotearoa New Zealand founded by Margot Didsbury and Théo Seffusatti.

With over 20 years of experience in London of working in the music industry, including roles at Warp Publishing, Warp Records, Bleep.com, Rough Trade East and NTS Radio, Margot and Théo moved to Aotearoa in 2022 and set up Heard & Seen to represent local artists, writers, producers and composers.
Providing the services of publishing, composer agency and consultancy, with expertise in sync, score, copyright and income collection, Heard & Seen works with artists and companies to bring creative opportunities within Aotearoa and across the world.
The roster includes APRA Silver Scroll award winning composers Karl Sölve Steven and Arli Liberman, songwriting activist and queer pop icon Theia, taonga pūoro musicians Ariana Tikao & Rob Thorne, spellbinding singer-songwriter Erny Belle, electronic producer Amamelia, solo artist & So So Modern band member Grayson Gilmour, solo artist and Voom band member Nick Buckton, violinist and composer Motte, gothic artist Proteins of Magic, modern Samoan music practitioner LEAO, modular synth artist Dream Chambers, RnB alternative hybrid band Skilaa, Liquid Studios powerhouse Peter van der Fluit, musician & sound artist James Pinker, rapper and producer Diaz Grimm and rapper and director PollyHill.
